Distribute attempts between Evaluators
Evaluating assessments may be too much work when done alone. As an educator, you may not have the time to evaluate the tests of all the students. Or maybe, as an Institution Head, you wish to distribute the un-evaluated assessments to fellow teachers who are part of the Institution.
HighScores.ai allows you to do this in an efficient and time-saving way.
Navigating to the Evaluation Module
Assuming you’re already logged in and on your Dashboard.
Click on your profile avatar on the top right side of the screen and select Administration from the drop-down menu.
From Evaluation, click on Manage (refer to the image below).
Assigning Evaluators
You can toggle between the unassigned and assigned evaluations using the menu on the left side of the screen.
Use the search bar on the top right to filter any specific evaluation.
Choose the evaluation you want to get done and click on Select Evaluators.
A small dialog box will prompt; use the drop-down menu to select the Evaluators. You can select multiple evaluators. After that, click Assign to finish.
The system will distribute the evaluations amongst the selected evaluators in a random way, thus saving a lot of time by avoiding manual assigning for each evaluator.
