Exciting New Features and Enhancements on HighScores: 09 September 2024

At HighScores, we’re always working to bring the best tools to educators and students alike. With this latest release, we’ve packed in exciting new features and improvements to help you manage classrooms more efficiently and provide a more immersive practice experience for your students.

Here’s a look at what’s new and how it can help you.

Platform Updates:

Line Reader in SAT/PSAT Assessment View

We have added a line reader in the SAT and PSAT Assessment view. Bluebook recently updated its interface, and to provide students with the most accurate practice environment, we’ve mirrored this change by adding the line reader tool. This will be visible when students are taking full-length or section-adaptive SAT and PSAT tests. This update helps students simulate the real exam experience, ensuring they are better prepared for test day.

Weekly Flagged Question Summary Report

We’ve designed a new weekly summary report for flagged questions in each institute. Every weekend, you’ll receive an email with report outlining the number of flagged issues raised by customers, along with details of the changes and updates made. This ensures that you stay informed about how feedback is being addressed.

Keeping track of flagged issues and seeing how they’re resolved helps build trust and improves communication between your team and ours. You’ll always know what’s been addressed and how it’s been fixed.

SAT/ACT View for Practice Questions

We’re excited to announce that the SAT and ACT view is now available not just for full-length and section tests but also for custom-made practice assessments! This means teachers can create personalized tests that give students a more authentic SAT practice experience. By simulating the actual SAT and ACT format, students can get comfortable with the test environment and improve their confidence, helping them perform better when it counts.

Module-Wise Filter in the Solution Page Answer Grid

We’ve added a new module-wise filter in the answer grid. This makes it super easy for teachers to zero in on how students are doing in specific sections of the test. Instead of sorting through everything, teachers can now focus on specific areas where students are either excelling or might need a little extra help. It’s all about making sure your teaching is as targeted and effective as possible.

Bookmarked and Flagged Question Filters in Solutions Page

To make reviewing even easier, we’ve introduced two handy filters that let you sort questions by bookmark and flagged items. If students have marked certain questions as tricky or bookmarked them for later, teachers can now quickly pull up those specific questions for review. This saves time and ensures that no challenging concepts slip through the cracks. It’s a great way to help students stay on top of their progress and tackle areas that need attention.

What’s Coming Next:
