While the new terms are being finalized, your use of HighScores.ai is governed by this interim notice, applicable law, and our Privacy Policy.

Interim terms

By using HighScores.ai, you agree that:

• You will use the service only for its intended purpose of educational practice and instruction.
• You will not upload content you do not own or are not licensed to share, including copyrighted exam questions, textbook material, or content from licensed prep providers.
• You will not interfere with the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, scrape or harvest data, or use it to train machine-learning models.
• You will not engage in harassment, abuse, or any conduct that endangers others, particularly minors.
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian has approved your use of HighScores; if you are under 13, your parent has provided verifiable parental consent.
• You acknowledge that HighScores does not guarantee any specific test score or educational outcome.
• Subscription fees are billed and refunded in accordance with the practices stated on our checkout pages and in our Refund Policy when published.
• HighScores AI (operated by Lovenfame Technologies LLC) may suspend or terminate access for violations of this notice or of any subsequently published Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Lovenfame Technologies LLC’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

What’s changing and why

The previous version of our Terms was adapted from a template and contained provisions that did not reflect HighScores’s current services or our customers. Our new documents introduce role-specific terms for students, parents, tutors, and schools; clearer privacy and refund commitments; a DMCA process for copyright matters; and a Data Processing Addendum for institutional customers.
