Exciting New Features in HighScores: Enhancing Your Educational Experience

At HighScores, we’re always listening to our users and striving to enhance your experience on our platform. We’re excited to share some fresh updates that are designed to improve the way you teach, learn, and manage your educational journey. Here’s a detailed look at the latest features now available on HighScores.

Flexible Score Visibility

We understand the importance of timely feedback for students, which is why we’ve introduced flexible score visibility. Teachers now have more control over when students can view their scores. While students can immediately see their raw scores, teachers or directors have the option to release the full scores at a later time. This allows students to analyze and review solutions and answers marked, fostering a deeper understanding of their performance even before they see their final scores.

Director Revenue Page

Our new revenue option in the preference settings allows directors to sell content from HighScores and earn revenue. This feature simplifies revenue management by providing details on the sale and purchase of content, making it easier for institutes to manage their finances and generate additional income.

Streamlined Email Notifications

To reduce unnecessary emails, teachers will no longer receive notifications for abandoned test attempts. Instead, emails will only be sent once a student has fully completed a test. This ensures that teachers are informed about completed tests only, making their workflow more efficient and focused.

Downloadable Performance Reports

Teachers can now download comprehensive classroom performance reports in PDF format. This feature enables easy sharing of detailed insights and analytics with school administrators and parents, providing a clear overview of student performance. These reports are invaluable for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Pacing Indicator for Students

Time management is crucial during tests, and we’ve introduced a new feature to help students manage their time more effectively. If a student takes more than the average time to solve a question during a unit wise practice test, a turtle icon will appear. This visual cue encourages students to pace themselves better and improve their time management skills, which is essential for test-taking success.

Simplified User Management

Adding users to the platform has never been easier. We’ve streamlined the user management process, allowing you to quickly add students and teachers from the top menu with a default student filter. This enhancement simplifies administrative tasks and ensures that managing your educational community is straightforward and efficient.

Question of the Day (QOD) Analytics

Engaging students on a daily basis is key to their success. Teachers can now see which “Question of the Day” has been assigned, along with the percentage of students who answered correctly and incorrectly. This feature enhances student engagement by providing valuable insights into their daily practice and helps teachers tailor their instruction to address common challenges.

Calendar Integration for Proctored Assessments

Organization and planning are critical in educational settings, and our new calendar integration for proctored assessments ensures that all scheduled assessments are easily visible and well-organized. Proctored assessments will now automatically be added to your platform calendar, improving coordination and ensuring that important dates are not missed.

At HighScores, we are committed to continuously improving our platform based on your feedback. These updates are a testament to our dedication to providing the best possible tools for educators and students alike. We’re eager to hear your thoughts on these new features! Your input is invaluable in helping us make HighScores even better.

Try out these updates and let us know how they’re enhancing your teaching and learning journey. Thank you for being a part of the HighScores community!
